Description copied from the MFA website: "The largest New England film festival dedicated to celebrating films by, for, and about people of color, the 20th Annual Roxbury International Film Festival gives voice to diverse cultures both local and worldwide. Join us for a pre-festival celebration on June 20, including a free outdoor screening of Black Panther on the MFA’s Huntington Avenue lawn. The festival opens the following night with the dazzling animated film Liyana, about a Swazi girl who embarks on a dangerous quest to rescue her young twin brothers, and continues through June 30 with a varied lineup of narrative, documentary, youth and experimental films."
